True Blue to the Rescue Mighty Morphin Power Rangers : Season 6 Episode 18

The Rangers are captured by Astronema while trying to save Storm Blaster. Storm Blaster escapes and brings back Blue Turbo Ranger Justin, who saves the Rangers, is reunited with his former teammates and is also introduced to Andros as they go to rescue Lightning Cruiser.
