It's Bread Day for the first heat of bakers. First up is a tricky Technical challenge, in which they must avoid being as slow as their subject matter as they tackle Liams' cinnamon snails. In the Showstopper, the bakers are tasked with creating a desert island meal loaf - which has to be seen to be believed. As usual, presenter Harry Hill is joined by seasoned judges Liam Charles and Ravneet Gill
