The victim of a road traffic accident staggers into the surgery intent on getting a doctor's letter, oblivious to the possibility that he has a broken neck, and Dr Heather Watson's patient Ash has been bitten by a mysterious insect whilst camping, but it transpires that the bites are the least of his worries.
