Block 13: Maria Toye Come Dine with Me Canada : Season 4 Episode 62

After yesterday's first dinner party, the five contestants talk about their impressions of the other four. The second to host a dinner party is Maria Toye. Her menu consists of scallops as the appetizer, honey-mustard glazed salmon as the main course, and crêpes with sautéed fruit as the dessert. Maria, a wine connoisseur, prepares what wine she will be serving early in the day to allow it to breathe, and which she herself will not be drinking during her meal prep to keep a clear head. Maria knows her meal is simple, but she trusts the quality of the ingredients and the prep will shine through. Many are surprised that Judy ended up being able to make it tonight in one piece considering how drunk she was last night. Many of the guests find host Maria a bit loud, and thus will be bringing their imaginary earplugs to soften the noise. Maria issues the first dress code of the week, namely sexy formal. Maria's boisterousness looks to dominate the evening, until a discussion about fate and destiny takes over. George, who had a plan to be sweet during the week, breaks his silence which may place a damper on the love the cougars have felt for him thus far. The party ends with a wine inspired activity.
